***Requesting a reservation with Shasta Airport Transportation is confirmation that you
have read this FAQ and agree to abide by all policies.

*Payments must be made in advance to reserve your date and time.*

*Rides are in a 2021 Toyota Corolla Hybrid that seats 3 comfortably, and 4 if you are close and
have minimal luggage. Please be aware that this is a small sedan.

*Call or text to reserve your ride. Once your ride is quoted, a temporary spot will be placed on
the calender for your desired date and time. You will have 24 hours to pay for your ride.
Rides are not confirmed until paid in full and a confirmation number is sent to you.

*Payment for your reservation must be made through Venmo or Zelle:

*Information needed for your Reservation:
-Your name
-Name of person being picked up if different
-Phone number
-Date of pickup
-Time of pickup
-Number of people the reservation is for
-Pickup location
-Dropoff location
-Airline and flight number


*Gratuities are not included in the rates.


CANCELATIONS

Cancelations must be made by texting (530) 813-3321. Please do not call in a cancelation; cancelations must be in writing.
Once your ride is canceled, a cancelation confirmation number will be texted to you.

CANCELATION FEES

5-7 days before confirmed ride: 95% refund
72-96 hours (3-4 days) before confirmed ride: 75% refund
24-48 hours before confirmed ride: 50% refund
